MW Spain: election special local & regional programmes RNE 1 & 5

Today at 2200Z (midnight in Spain) another election campaign will start.. This time is for Local and Regional gov's. RNE1&5 will do a special program from 2200-2230Z including a10 min. Regional slot (not fixed time but probably 2215-2230Z).

The Canary Islands special programing will be longer as they have to manage the one hour time diference. They will be with own programing from 2200 to 2400 UTC.

From tomorrow May 10th until friday May 24th there will be two special LOCAL breaks for electoral propaganda on R5-TN: 08.56'30"-09.00 & 09.56'30"-10.00 UTC

There will be also aditional REGIONAL outputs on R1 & R5-TN with  the same purpose but I have not the times at this moment.
