La vecchia QSL, quando la radio operava in FM e anche in onde corte

Radio Spoleto International è tornato on air, sulla frequenza dei 1602 kHz. Lo segnala l'amico DXer Alessandro Capra in viaggio in Umbria che osserva un segnale molto buono con ottima qualità audio. La ripresa delle trasmissioni, anche su web, è datata ufficialmente 1 luglio.

Un ritorno che riporta agli anni ruggenti della radio in Italia i radioascoltatori più anziani, che ricordano con nostalgia le emissioni anche in onde corte, sui 7140 kHz, oltre alle FM. Oggi i "rifondatori" hanno invece scelto la parte più alta delle Onde Medie.

DXing in banda OIRT a fine luglio

Ciao a tutti, apertura in banda Oirt dalla Bielorussia mercoledì 29 luglio. Purtroppo ho avuto poco tempo a disposizione e ho dovuto smettere dopo aver completato solo una prima "spazzolata" della banda. E quando ho potuto riaccendere i segnali erano spariti. 73, Fabrizio

Good bye Radio Sim on MW & FM - Now Radio Renascença channel 1 on these frequencies

I confirm the channel of the Radio Renascença group called "Rádio Sim" is theoretically over.  The VHF-FM txs and the MW txs airing Radio Sim were switched to air Radio Renascença channel 1 instead, with the Seixal tx awaiting reactivation. 

The active MW fqs. will be 891 Vilamoura, 963 Seixal (greater Lisbon), 981 Geria (Coimbra) and 1251 kHz Castelo Branco. 

Radio Sim is not dead yet though as the Serra da Arrábida tx on 102.2 MHz is still airing that particular channel while awaiting the switch to RR ch. 1.

There are no plans to reactivate the remaining MF txs, let alone that of the Muge site which houses 2x10 kW MW txs, 1x100 kW MW tx plus 1x100 kW HF tx.  Replacement of the existing MW txs by new ones is not in the RR group either, just like what happens with RTP.

Confirmo o termo teórico do canal "Rádio Sim" do grupo Rádio Renascença.  Os emissores de VHF-FM e OMédia afectos à R. Sim passaram a distribuir a R. Renascença Canal 1, aguardando-se, agora, que o emissor OM do Seixal seja ligado.  As frequências activas em OM serão: 891 Vilamoura, 963 Seixal (grande Lisboa), 981 Geria (Coimbra) e 1251 kHz Castelo Branco.  Porém, a R. Sim ainda não desapareceu de todo... a julgar pelo que se ouve através do emissor em 102,2 MHz Serra da Arrábida, mas há a confirmação que aguarda mudança para o canal 1.

Planos para reactivar os restantes emissores de OM não há, muito menos o centro emissor de Muge, que conta com 2 emissores de 10 kW e 1 emissor de 100 kW, para OM, e 1 emissor de 100 kW, para OCurta.  Tão-pouco o grupo RR tenciona renovar o parque de emissores de OM, a exemplo do que sucede também com a RTP.

World Music Radio: il ritorno del pennant (o bandierina)

Il ritorno del pennant. Oggi mi è arrivata la conferma di World Music Radio 5840 kHz da Bramming, Danimarca, con 100 watt. Sorpresa: oltre alla QSL full data, una lettera e 3 adesivi, nella busta c'era anche un pennant di stoffa!

Era un bel po' che non ne vedevo più uno con le conferme. Complimenti e grazie a Stig Hartvig Nielsen, patron di WMR e di Radio 208
